2010 WASE Global Congress on Science Engineering (GCSE 2010) Call for Papers Yantai, China, November 27-28, 2010 http://www.enjoywise.org/gcse2010/ ===================================================================== Aim and Scope: 2010 WASE Global Congress on Science Engineering (GCSE 2010) will be held on 27-28 November, 2010 in Yantai, China. The GCSE 2010 is organized by the World Association of Science Engineering (WASE), a non-profit international association for the engineers and the scientists. The conference has the focus on the frontier topics in the theoretical and applied engineering and science subjects. Our GCSE committees have been formed with over one hundred conference committees’ members who are mainly research center heads, faculty deans, department heads, professors, and research scientists from over 20 countries. We are planning to have the papers published in this conference's proceedings to be published by IEEE CPS and selected excellent papers will be recommended to publish in EI Compendex & SCI journal.
