| 适量的RE能细化晶粒的原因是因为稀土阳离子能提高阴极极化，有效提高电流效率，以及稀土阳离子的特性吸附，易于吸附在晶体生长的活性点上，可以有效抑制晶粒生长，从而使铜箔晶粒细化；但当RE超过一定量时，由于稀土阳离子能大大提高金属的沉积速度，使得晶粒的长大速度过快，从而使RE的特性吸附作用减弱，以致失去细化效果。 |
