因此，针对河南省普通高校大学生的饮食和体育锻炼现状，本文提出以下建议： 1.加强大学生的饮食营养知识教育，改变不合理的饮食习惯和观念，提高校园的就餐环境和餐饮质量。 2.大学生应该通过体育教师和体育骨干的课外指导掌握更多的健身技能，学校通过比赛等方法营造健身热潮，提供良好的健身环境和充足的场地设施器材等。 3.饮食和体育锻炼合理结合，在体育锻炼期间注意饮食的内容和时间安排，根据不同的健身项目合理补充相应的营养素，使健身达到更好的效果。 关键词：饮食，体育锻炼，营养知识，健身 |

Therefore, according to the diet and physical activity status of university students in Henan Province, some suggestion will be given as follows 1. We should enhance the nutrition education for college students, change the unreasonable eating habits and aspects, improve campus dining environment and food quality. 2. University students should learn more fitness skills with the aid of PE teachers and the backbones in extra-curricular guidance. Moreover, universities should make use of different methods, including raising some competitions, providing a good environment and adequate fitness venues and facilities equipment, to creat fitness craze. 3. Diet and physical practice should be combined appropriately. During Physical exercise, we should pay more attention to the contents of diet and the arrangement of time. Only when we reasonably absord corresponding nutrition according to different fitness item, can we achieve better effects. Key words: diet, physical activity, nutrition, fitness |
