1.河南省普通高校大学生健康意识很强，但是营养知识贫乏，平时饮食很少注意营养搭配。调查得知：非常注意营养搭配的占15.4%，一日三餐比例分配不均衡，摄入的主要食物谷类占87.69%大学生每天都摄入，有占2.28%几乎不摄入的。主要提供蛋白质、脂肪等的肉类食品，大学生每天都摄入的占35.15%。可见，大学生日常饮食摄入最多的食物是谷类。 2.影响河南省普通高校大学生合理饮食的因素主要是饮食习惯和饮食观念，选择营养知识影响饮食的大学生占27%，选择体育锻炼对饮食有影响的占13%。另外经济条件、就餐环境等也是影响大学生合理饮食的因素。 3.影响河南省普通高校大学生体育锻炼的因素主要是健身技能的掌握情况、健身器材设施、时间、天气、媒体、家庭等。 4.体育锻炼和饮食合理结合对大学生健身有很大的好处，河南省普通高校大学生对体育锻炼前后怎样合理饮食，及锻炼前后什么时间饮食了解很少；大学生对不同的健身项目锻炼后营养素的补充有很大区别方面的知识匮乏。 |

1. In Henan Province, most of the college students have strong healthy conscious, but poor knowledge of nutrition, so that students pay little attention to the diet which contains full nutrition. According to the survey that: students, with great attention to nutrition, accounted for only 15.4%. The proportion of distribution of three meals a day is imbalanced.The intake of major food--grains every day, accounted for 87.69% of university students, but nearly 2.28% of the students do not take any grains. 35.15% college students eat meat and other foods,which mainly provide protein and fat,everyday. As can be seen from the evidence provided that the daily dietary intake of food in university students is cereal. 2. The concept of eating habits and diet are the main factors that have an impact on university students in Henan Province. Those students who choose the impact of nutrition knowledge, account for 27% and 13% college students choose physical exercise which influences the diet. In addition, economic conditions and dining environment are also the factors that affect the students' balanced diet. 3. The main factors that affect the physical training of college students in Henan Province are the mastery of skills, fitness, fitness equipment, facilities, time, weather, media, and family. 4. Physical exercise combined with a diet reasonably can bring great benefits to the fitness of university students. Henan Normal University Students have little information on how to have proper diet and what time to have diet before and after physical training. Fruthermore, college students lack knowledge of different aspects of different nutrients after exercise fitness items. |
