| 随着社会的发展，人们的健康意识日益增强。大学生文化修养比较高，主体意识很强。他们是社会中人才资源的重要组成部分之一，体质健康状况的好坏直接影响到他们以后的工作和学习。饮食和体育锻炼是影响大学生体质健康的重要因素。研究他们的饮食和体育锻炼现状存在的问题，掌握第一手资料可以改进高校体育教学，培养大学生终身合理饮食和体育锻炼意识和习惯，为推动全民健身计划顺利实施提供参考依据。本文对饮食和体育锻炼两方面结合起来做了调查分析，运用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等对河南省普通高校大学生的饮食和体育锻炼现状及其影响因素做了调查分析，得出以下结论 |

| With the development of society and people's awareness of health growing. Cultural enrichment of university students is relatively high, the main body conscious is getting strong. They are one of the important components of human resources in society and having a good or bad physical health will have a direct impact on their future work and study. Diet and physical activity are important factors that affect the physical health of college students. To study the existing problems of their diet and physical activity and grasp first-hand information can improve the college physical education, foster students'a lifelong and reasonable diet as well as physical activity awareness and habits in order to provide reference for promoting the implementation of the National Fitness Program. In this paper, two aspects of diet and physical activity are combined to do the survey analysis, which use literature method, interviews, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, etc. Students in Universities of Henan Province have done the above methods on diet and physical activity status and conducted a survey analysis of its influencing factors, the conclusions are as follows |
