投JSS,大修,请教给编辑的延期信怎么写

RT 4月18号就到期了 但是两个审稿人的问题大大小小加起来有48个  前段时间又有事情耽搁了，现在可能改不完了，想给编辑写封延期的信，但是不晓得怎么写？ 有没有哪位虫子有经验的？ 还有就是申请了延期会不会给编辑留下不好的印象，对自己的文章不利啊？这篇文章对我很重要的 谢谢大家了 |

我曾经有篇JPC也遇到过类似问题，lz可以参考下 Dear Prof. X: We appreciate your favorite consideration and the reviewers' insightful comments on our manuscript (Nos.X). And now we are carefully revising the manuscript according to your and reviewers' comments. Unfortunately, the equipments for the experiments are out of action. So we may not finished the revison within four weeks accoding to the indications that “We look forward to receiving the WEB revised version along with a letter outlining the changes that have been made within four weeks.” mentioned in your revision requested letter. Thus, we need some more time to revise the manuscript. If possible, could you please give us another four weeks for the manuscript revision? Thank you very much for your great help! 祝你好运 |
