Essential Responsibilities
--Product Development Specialist within the Global Performance Technology Team in China Technology Center.
--Develop and commercialize new products in close cooperation with the Field Marketing and Manufacturing    Teams globally. Work with Manufacturing in scaling up new products, coordinate the translation of products and       processes to other poles, understand existing Product capability and Develop products to meet customer needs
--Develop innovative platform based Product concepts, providing a pipeline for the near future across poles based    on unique IP protected materials.
--Support the Business on Productivity and Quality Targets.
--Strong and rigorous communication within the Global
-- Perf. Technology group as well as with the Global Product Management organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
--Ph.D. in Polymer/Material Science or equivalent education
-- Creative with passion for Technology
-- Good communication skills, team player
--Highly motivated, self-starter
-- Demonstrated capability to work and deliver on multiple programs
--Excellent analytical skills
-- Need to have good written and spoken skills in English to interact with global team members." “
