【求助】两相法制备金纳米粒子

我用两相法制备金纳米粒子，文献J. Mater. Chem., 2002, 12, 2862–2865，制备过程的最后一步 The black solid thus obtained was washed ultrasonically with chloroform and filtered off to give the desired Au clusters. 问题是小粒径的金纳米粒子应该是溶于氯仿的，这样以来使用离心的方法就不能使其分离下来，文献里面的“filter off”是用什么样的方法过滤出来呢？ 文献Anal. Chem. 2005, 77, 4282-4285里面制备金纳米的方法 After removal of the solvent, the resultant black solid was heat- treated at 155 °C at the heating rate of 2 °C min-1 for 30 min. The heat-treated product was dissolved in 50 mL of toluene, mixed with 800 mL of chloroform to remove excess TOAB and MUA, and then filtered off to give the Au nanoparticles. 请问，这里的加温到155度是什么作用？加热的速率对其影响大吗？ |
