【求助】有关H9C2大鼠心肌细胞的问题

请问哪位高手养过H9C2细胞啊？各位用的培养基都是哪种啊？ ATCC要求的是高糖DMEM，血清要进口的。 请问可否用国产的胎牛血清，所用培养基用GIBCO的DMEM培养基粉自行配制应该就可以养活吧，ATCC要求的NaHCO3是1.5g/L，而GIBCO中要加入3.7g/L。这对H9C2细胞有何影响吗？ ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%. Atmosphere: air, 95%; carbon dioxide (CO2), 5% ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002 Modified to contain 4 mM L-glutamine, 4500 mg/L glucose, 1 mM sodium pyruvate, and 1500 mg/L sodium bicarbonate. NOTE: This reduced level of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3, 1.5 g/L) is intended for use in 5% CO2 in air. Additional sodium bicarbonate may be required for use in incubators containing higher percentages of CO2. 还有一个要求是是否要加丙酮酸钠吗？GIBCO的DMEM是不含丙酮酸钠的，要外加吗？ 谢谢！！！ |
