这种情况应不应该听主编的意见 已有1人参与

最近 投了一篇MACROMOLECULAR RAPID COMMUNICATIONS，主编直接给拒了，然后还在邮件中建议我投MACROMOLECULAR CHEMISTRY & PHYSICS 应不应听他的呢，各位有经验的虫子给点意见 邮件如下： Thank you for submitting your manuscript to MACROMOLECULAR RAPID COMMUNICATIONS. Unfortunately, we are not able to consider it further for publication in this journal. As we receive many more manuscripts than we can possibly publish, or even send out for review, we are forced to adopt a stringent selection process. We therefore can only select those manuscripts we believe will interest the broadest possible section of the journal's readership. Only manuscripts that are of high importance and that, for their topical or highly competitive nature, need to be published as Communications can be accepted. However, as the content of your contribution seems to be of interest although not of urgency, we suggest expanding the manuscript to a Full Paper and submitting it to MACROMOLECULAR CHEMISTRY & PHYSICS. We will be happy to have an accordingly expanded manuscript considered for publication in this journal. If you decide to follow our suggestion, please submit your article as a new submission to MACROMOLECULAR CHEMISTRY & PHYSICS and refer in the 'Cover Letter' to the previous manuscript number to avoid any mix-up.
