Letter of intent for international cooperation
Dr. xxx, (工作单位，地址), and Prof.xxx (合作方工作单位，地址), with the purpose of establishing a mutual cooperation in the conduction of projects to be defined in the future, hereby express and confirm the following intents:
1 The cooperation will focus on the project with the title xxx, 附带项目简介；
2 Eiither party may propose specific projects in terms of teaching, research and community services to be conducted by both parties;
3 Any intellectual property arisen from the cooperation will be viewed as the mutual property from both parties;
4 The project will be expedited by annual exchange program between members from both parties, which may last from weeks to months, depending on project requirement;
5 Once the specific projects have been defined, the parties agree to formally confirm their commitment thereto in terms of a cooperation agreement, in which the obligations and liabilities of each party shall be defined;
6 This letter of intent shall have an effective term of two years, after which, in the absence of any cooperation agreement as provided for under item 3 hereinabove, it shall be deemed terminated for all purposes and effects.
