[交流] 【外语交流】English salon (Week 1)

After establishing the new prefix "外语交流"，We found that the experimental post (http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=1877009&fpage=1) is constantly popular.
Therefore, we would like to invite everyone to talk about part of our "column rules" as a topic. The content was shown below:

核心定位

外语版定位于“资源为辅，学习交流为主”，希望大家不要过于依赖资源，在交流和快乐中提高英语水平。对此，我想对先行版规进行改革，鼓励精粹资源，对于资源水平要求提高。加大外语交流力度。为提高外语版学习外语氛围，特重新制定版规。

Rules are very simple:
1. You can either translate or discuss the rules.
2. You should wirte in english as this is an "English Communication" prefix~
3. If both your translation or comments are relatively nice, we will give you 2-10 gold coins as a reward.

just write in english only is not enough,i think our society need full talent,you should learn how to speak,write and the most important is you should know how to get other people understanding what you say.
