心脑健胶囊说明书 请仔细阅读说明书并在医师指导下使用 【药品名称】 通用名称：心脑健胶囊 汉语拼音：Xinnaojian Jiaonang 【成份】茶叶提取物 【性状】本品为胶囊剂，内容物为淡棕色至黄棕色的粉末；气微，味涩。 【功能主治】清利头目，醒神健脑，化浊降脂。用于头晕目眩，胸闷气短，倦怠乏力，精神不振，记忆力减退等症。对心血管病伴高纤维蛋白原症及动脉粥样硬化，肿瘤放疗、化疗所致的白细胞减少症有防治作用。 【规格】每粒含茶叶提取物0.1g（以茶多酚计）。 【用法用量】口服，一次2粒，一日3次。 【不良反应】尚不明确。 【禁忌】尚不明确。 【注意事项】尚不明确。 【药理毒理】1、抗脂质过氧化作用：显著升高血清超氧化岐化酶（SOD）活力，降低血清脂质过氧化物（LPO）含量，能清除自由基，保护细胞免受损害。 2、降血脂作用：降低血清甘油三脂（提高）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-CH），特别是能同时升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-CH）的含量。 3、抗动脉粥样硬化作用：抑制主动脉平滑肌细胞增生和抑制动脉脂质斑块形成。 4、抗凝、促纤溶作用：抑制血小板粘附、聚集、降低血中纤维蛋白原、抑制血栓形成，促纤溶、改善微循环。 【贮藏】遮光，密封。 【包装】铝箔袋装，每袋6粒，每盒4袋。 【有效期】24个月。 【执行标准】卫生部药品标准中药成方制剂第十八册WS3－B－3380－98 【批准文号】国药准字Z33020340 |
