帮忙看一下 IEEE GRSL 提交时图片处理的问题

提交最终版时，需要check graphic， 我用IEEE上的check软件check了几遍，总是提示同样的warning： 1、Warning: File Naming Convention is Incorrect Issue This file is not named in accordance with IEEE naming conventions. Solution Please rename your image. The first 5 letters in your last name should be the first 5 letters of the filename. The next characters in the filename should be the number that represents the sequential location of this image in your article. Warning: Image is RGB or CMYK or Indexed Color Issue Your graphic is saved in a color mode. Please check to see if the graphic file is intended to be color. If not, resave as grayscale (8-bit) or lineart (1-bit). Solution Please make sure you plan to submit your file in color. If not please change to Grayscale (8 bit) or Monochrome (1 bit). 我提交的时候，写的是 Figure1.tif， Figure2.tif …… 图像是tif格式256灰度图，分辨率600×600 “The first 5 letters in your last name should be the first 5 letters of the filename.” 不懂是什么意思？ 还有256灰度图不是8bit吗，我是把matlab里的图拷贝到visio 里另存为tif的，这样做是不是不妥当，大家都用什么样的软件处理图片的，烦请各位虫友指教啊 |
