关于cover letter的问题

我还是有点疑问 系统让我上传Cover Letter，而Response to Reviewer没有让我上传，是什么原因？ 我的稿件原来的处理意见是“My decision is therefore to decline your paper on this occasion with encouragement to resubmit once the paper has been significantly improved in the light of the referees' comments given below.” “When submitting the further revised manuscript, please answer the points raised by the referees and explain the changes made. Note that I will treat it as a new submission and send it out for a fresh round of reviewing. ” |
