Within one week from now you must send all final versions of your files (after addressing any final comments given above from the reviewers and associate editor) through the “awaiting final files” queue in your author center on Manuscript Central. Please make sure your final package is correct and complete upon submission. Once you have completed the submission of your final files you will not be able to make changes until you have received your page proofs from IEEE. Files to be submitted include: Please note that the IEEE staff editors request that a pdf version of the manuscript be submitted in addition to the source file with the final files. * manuscript in MS Word or Latex (can be with or without the figures) * figures (online figures can now be in color!) * list of all authors and their contact information, especially e-mail addresses and fax numbers, designated as supporting document in upload * a separate file with approval for hardcopy color art if so desired, also designated as supporting document (hardcopy version of PTL only, online color is free and automatic) **Please do not send any forms via email, regular mail, or fax, as they will not be processed if you do** IEEE has moved to an all electronic copyright submission system. Once you have submitted your final files, a link titled “transfer copyright” will appear in the “manuscripts with decisions” queue in your author center. Please immediately log back into your author center and complete the electronic copyright transfer after you have submitted your final files. 请问各位虫友 ，这里写的意思是不是打星号的都必须要pdf文件的，除了【manuscript in MS Word or Latex (can be with or without the figures)】？？我只上传了论文(包括文字和图片，doc格式)。其他的都没上传，这样是不是不行？ |
