"Experiment setup" and "Experimental systems''. Might want to find the best use of the phrase. 2. In section 2 the IEEE standard should be cited as a reference. 3. How is the "piezoelectric coupling factor" defined? Is it mean the "electromechanical coupling factor"? Better to clarify. 我是因为时间比较急，所以让编辑催了一下审稿人，结果。。。
