从目前关于改善流化床传热特性的研究进展来看,主要集中在搅拌和振动流化床的应用研究,而关于声场流化床传热特性的文献目前尚未见报道。主要原因是声场实验装置复杂以及流化床内部的非直观性导致其测试困难。另外,床内气体与颗粒的流体动力特性也很复杂,气流与颗粒之间处于非稳态传热过程。 与普通流化床相比,声场流化床中声能通过质点的振动传递能量,声波脉动速度产生的曳力和空气质点产生的碰撞力是改善颗粒流化质量及提高床内传热特性的主要作用力,使得气流与颗粒之间有足够强的相对冲刷速度,达到了强化传热的目的,这正是研究声场流化床传热特性的出发点。 |
