| 以热分解法制备了具有可见光活性的N, Cd双掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂，采用XRD、TEM、SEM和DRS对产物进行了表征，并测试了其光催化性能。结果发现N,Cd-TiO2为单一锐钛矿型，粒径约为12.6nm，其带隙变窄，吸收增强并发生红移，光催化活性增强。 |

| A visible-light (vis)-active photocatalys, nitrogen Cd- doped TiO2 nano powder were prepared by thermal decomposition. XRD, TEM, SEM and DRS demonstrated that N, Cd-TiO2 is a single anatase ， 12.6 nm Particle size， narrow band-gap, enhancing and red-shifted absorption。In additon, the photocatalytic activity was enhanced. |

| N,Cd-codoped nano-TiO2 photocatalyst were prepared by thermal decomposition which has a visible-light activity. the products were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM and DRS,and its photocatalytic properties were tested. The results showed that N, Cd-TiO2 is a single anatase, particle size of about 12.6nm, the band-gap narrowing, and absorption enhanced,red-shifted occured, the photocatalytic activity was enhanced. |
