| N,Cd-codoped nano-TiO2 photocatalyst were prepared by thermal decomposition which has a visible-light activity. the products were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM and DRS,and its photocatalytic properties were tested. The results showed that N, Cd-TiO2 is a single anatase, particle size of about 12.6nm, the band-gap narrowing, and absorption enhanced,red-shifted occured, the photocatalytic activity was enhanced. |
