这都该怎么填写啊？

特别是红字标注的地方。
Signature 那儿，文章上所有的作者都需要签名么？




To whom it may concern:
Undersigned as the senior author of the manuscript entitled

which we submitted to the Editors and Publisher of CHROMATOGRAPHIA state that themanuscript represents original work and all authors have been informed of the full content of thepaper at the time of submission. Its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any. It hasnot been published or submitted to any other place before, and is not being considered forpublication anywhere except CHROMATOGRAPHIA. Upon acceptance we transfer the copyrightof this manuscript to the journal and its Publisher for publication on paper, on data storage mediaand online.
The Author has the right to include his article in the Internet or Intranet website of his company,institute or organisation in the form of an HTML or PDF-file and name the source. The Publisherwill provide him with the data he requires. 一个作者签名就可以，不过要是文章的资深作者（导师，教授或项目负责人）。

也许有的杂志那么要求，不过一般不要，一个作者代表全部作者签就可以了。我们都这样，作者写文章时挂了名就肯定是默认同意发表！
