Sincerely, Professor Date 做成word 附件发过去 附上一句话 Attached is a template for invitation letter, just for reference. I filled some specific information. You can add any other information or you can also use other form. 可能也需要这一句 The invitation letter should be printed in special letter paper of host institution with your signature.
