[交流] 帮我修改润色下一段英语

I worked in SHISEIDO Cosmetic Co., Ltd.,China, which comes from Japan, for nearly 2 years . My position was sales assistant. When I was seeking for a job as a fresh graduate, I wished to work in cosmetic company for a simple reason that I love cosmetic. Actually, I succeeded in expressing my passion and got the job, this was really exciting for me. But shortly afterwards, I found that the excellent job performance is based on interest and passion, but not only that. For example, I had responsibility to help open the store which is similar to franchise store, not sell the Shiseido production only, other brands are also allowed to sell. In order to give a strong impression to consumer, and raise brand recognition, we needed to select stores in good location and then suggest storeowners to join us. Sometimes storeowners were not satisfied with our condition, sometimes storeowners were not familiar with the Shiseido brand. So no matter how much I love the Shiseido brand, they would not do business with me. At this time, I tried to considerate how to enlarge their benefit, not to consider our benefit only. And I made mind that I should learn some negotiation skills and apply it in my work. I read some very interesting stories on negotiation and practiced it. Finally, I got very good result, successfully contracted with 21 stores. I realized that a excellent job performance needs communicate skills, negotiate skills, of course based on interest and passion.

I followed my passion and got the job successfully, which was really exciting. But soon I realized that excellent job performance is not only based on interest and passion. For example, I have responsibility to help open the store similar to franchise store, not only selling Shiseido products but also products with other brands. In order to impress consumer strongly and enhance brand recognition, we need to find a good store location and persuade the storeowner to join us. Sometimes storeowners were not satisfied with our condition or not familiar with Shiseido and refuse to cooperate with me. At that time, I tried to considerate not only our own benefit but also the storeowner’s benefit. I decided to acquire some negotiation skills and apply them to my work. I read some very interesting stories on negotiation and used them in practice. As a result, I successfully made contracts with 21 stores. As a conclusion, excellent job performance needs communication skills, negotiation skills based on interest and passion.
