由表2可以看出,与纯TiO2的禁带宽度相比,掺杂TiO2的禁带宽度均变窄,增大其对可见光的吸收,这也是增强可见光催化反应效果的原因。其中N,Cd -TiO2的禁带宽度最小,其光吸收最强。

As can be seen from Table 2, all band gap of doped-TiO2 are narrowed and its absorption of visible light are increased compared with that of pure TiO2, which is why the catalytic effect of visible light is enhanced. Among which, the band gap of N, Cd-TiO2 is the smallest, and their optical absorption are the strongest.

As seen from Table II, the reduction of the band gap of doped-TiO2 along with the increase of absorption of visible light as compared with that of pristine TiO2 attributes to the enhancement of the catalytic effect of visible light. Among various systems, N,Cd-TiO2 has the smallest band gap along with the strongest optical absorption.
