请问一下这样的审稿意见是什么意思

有一篇文章，审稿意见中有： AE：Two reviewers have evaluated your work. While there is agreement that the paper could be of general interest, the reviewers also consider that additional details need to be provided before a final decision can be reached. Also a comparison to the state of the art is missing. You will need to carefully review the recent (and large) literature on this topic.
