| 图5是450 ℃时得到的不同掺杂TiO2降解甲基橙的降解率曲线，由图5可见，各样品具有明显的光催化活性，纯TiO2、Cd-TiO2、N-TiO2、N,Cd-TiO2的催化活性依次增强。当光照射15分钟时，纯TiO2、Cd-TiO2、N-TiO2、N,Cd-TiO2对甲基橙的降解率分别为88%、96%、97%和99%，说明元素掺杂提高了TiO2的光催化活性，N,Cd共掺杂对光催化活性的提高更明显。当光照射25分钟时，掺杂TiO2已将甲基橙降解完全。究其原因，掺杂原子的引入使得晶体的带隙变窄，光吸收范围拓展的同时光吸收增强；同时，掺杂元素使得晶体结构扭曲变形，结晶度变差，晶体的比表面积增大，会增大催化剂与底物的接触，晶体的表面缺陷会抑制催化剂表面电子-空穴对的复合，使其光催化活性增大。 |

The reason for doping atoms into making crystal band-gap narrowing, the light absorption range of expansion, while optical absorption enhancement; the same time, doping elements makes the crystal structure distortion, crystallinity variation, the crystal surface area increase, will increase the catalyst and the substrate contact, the crystal surface defects can inhibit the catalyst surface electron - hole pairs of the compound, so that the photocatalytic activity increases. |
