this is a manuscript more appropriate for a polymer chemistry journal than one for polymer physics. Following appropriate revision sent to me I am willing to suggest its acceptance in our “sister” journal, XXX. For it, titles are not needed for the references and the Managing Editor (Ms. Lyn Roberts) would send you their copyright form.
