【求助】回复审稿人的一个问题，求帮忙！！！

p. 5, l. 50-53: It is surprising that the SPE columns are equilibrated with acetonitrile, the same solvent as used for elution. It might be expected that the target compound is not very efficiently trapped on the SPE cartridge. Normally, the RP SPE material is activated with organic solvent then equilibrated with water or water/organic solvent (a weakly eluting medium). The latter allows for efficient retention of the sample compound. 这是审稿人的问题，这是做土壤时的问题，我用的是固相萃取小柱C18，乙腈活化，然后直接上样（乙腈提取的），最后用乙腈洗脱！审稿人说这不符合一般规程！请大家帮帮忙，看任何回复？或者有相关的参考文献提供！谢谢帮忙！！ |
