| Abstract: Tackling the bottleneck of limitation on the scientific innovation and results transfer of agricultural science and technology, the present paper proposed the establishment of the scientific innovation and results transfer system of agricultural science and technology should based on the strengthening of self-innovation and construct the innovation teams of science and technology. It is also stressed that the network promotion of agricultural science and technology should be perfected and the capability of related members be enhanced. The collection of achievement transfer needs to be enlarged. With the visual brunt emphasized, the channels of agricultural applications should be broadened and the scientific results should be transferred from the highland of research institutions to the lower reaches of promotion networks and farmers. Also, the active radiation ability of agricultural promotion systems, the specified cooperation organizations of farmers and agricultural scientific and technological parks should be reinforced. The expo system of agricultural achievements, the TV program-making system of agriculture and materialized system of agricultural technology should be established and therefore the promotion of materialization of agricultural science and technology should be speeded up. |
