文章审稿结果有些奇怪，大家帮瞧瞧

是一个亚洲控制类期刊，说的是什么意思，是被拒了吗 还是修改啊？修改意见太模糊了啊。是电子邮件投稿的，回复的邮件题目是：Review Result (Resubmit with Revision)不知道有希望被录取不？ Dear Dr.Wu, Your paper, that you submitted for possible publication in International Journal of Innovative Computing, Information and Control , has been reviewed by an Associate Editor and reviewers. Based on the enclosed review reports and the Associate Editor's recommendation with which I concur, I am sorry to inform you that your paper is not publishable in its current form. However, it may be publishable after extensive revision and rewriting. If you decide to do this, I would suggest that you carefully consider the comments of the reviewers. If you decide to resubmit to the journal, a new version of this paper will need to be sent to the IJICIC Office within three month time. Thank you for your submission to the IJICIC. We welcome all future papers that you may wish to have considered for publication. Kind regards, Ms. Satomi Kojima ---------------------------------------------------------------- Summaries of the Associate Editor and Reviewers' Suggestions and Comments: Although the results presented in the paper seem correct, and potentially useful in practice, the reviewers suggest the paper is not publishable in its present form. It needs some necessary modifications before its possible publication. Suggestions for changes that would increase the likelihood of acceptance are summarized as below. Your resubmission will be subject to re-review by the same reviewers or handling associate editor before a publication decision can be made. When submitting your revised manuscript, you should include a detailed statement describing the changes made to the paper. 1) The motivation on the study has to be further stressed. In particular, how to use the theoretic results in practice should be further emphasized. Also, the problems discussed in this paper have been extensively studied by others. Hence the importance of the particular problems in this paper and/or why revisit the problem should be clearly addressed. 2) The effectiveness and efficiency of the results and techniques in this paper compared with other existing ones in literature should be further addressed. The authors have to clearly show the advantages of current work. 3) In the development of the main results, some stages are not quite clear. In addition, the conditions/assumptions imposed to tackle the problems seem restrictive and conservative. 4) In the examples, more convincing comments on the results presented in the Figures and/or Tables, would be helpful to readers to better understand the work in the paper. 5) Significant effort must be made to improve English, and all the grammar and composition mistakes in the revision should be corrected. English is poor at some stages, which makes the paper difficult to follow in some stages. Without clear improvement in language, the paper will not be accepted. Also the paper and the References should be formatted by IJICIC style. 6) Check carefully and correct all the typos and equation format in the revision. Also, the references should be updated, to include some papers recently published on the topic, for example, in IJICIC, www.ijicic.org or ICIC Express Letters, www.ijicic.org/icicel.htm. This will help further promote your work in wide communities, for example, the following papers may be useful to your work:（下面是他们杂志的一些文章） |
