关于response的问题

第一次投稿，因为格式有问题，被返回来要求修改，下面是正文的一部分，意思让我再投的时候需要给一个responses，他给的那个网址是一个模板吗？可是那个网址打不开啊？那个pdf文件在哪里找？请前辈们指教！ When you resubmit your manuscript, please also provide a separate sheet listing your responses to the problems that were raised and upload it under the submission item 'Responses to Technical Check Results'. 比如response letter Dear Editor: Thank you for your useful comments and suggestions on the language and structure of our manuscript. We have modified the manuscript accordingly, and detailed corrections are listed below point by point: 1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully, which can be understood by the journal's readership without difficulty. We have revised the whole manuscript carefully and tried to avoid any grammar or syntax error.
