[交流] 【讨论】新做一个热电偶和+接触的小分析,有点奇怪的现象和疑问

模型描述:

线材拉拔,模具减径。采用轴对称模型。PLANE67单元。并不考虑拉拔的过程,只是考虑给线材通电的时候考虑到丝材和模具之间的接触热传导和接触电传导时丝材上面由于焦耳热的影响造成的温度分布。

问题描述:

当不考虑模具时,即只建立丝材模型并通电时,感觉节点温度分布云图还是比较合理的(如附件1图所示)。

但是当同时建立丝材和模具模型并考虑接触热导和接触电导时,感觉电流密度矢量分布(如附件2图所示)、焦耳热生产率云图(如附件3图所示)以及温度梯度分布(如附件4图所示)都可能是合理的,但是节点温度分布云图就和想象的相差甚远了——竟然是在整个丝材上的温度分布!!

这个考虑到丝材直径小的地方有更多的焦耳热生成,则该部分的温度会比较高才对啊!

下面贴上对应于GUI操作时系统直接生成的命令流文件,由于我的对命令不熟悉,不会修改简化,因此看起来可能有点费劲,见谅了!!

补充。加模具和不加模具时温度的不同是应为加电时间的设置不同。

好纳闷啊,加模具时丝材上的温度怎么是均匀分布的啊???接触电导和接触热导我都设置了啊!!
