| 烟碱在有机羧酸的条件下被对氨基苯磺酸氧化，生成芳香胺类物质，并与氯氰络合物结合(实为氯化氰，它由氰化钾和氯胺一T在线反应产生；CNC1能与吡啶反应生成戊烯二醛)，生成淡黄色的混合物。这种混合物在波长460nm处有最大吸收峰。其它吡啶类生物碱也有类似情况，但由于其含量极少，故影响不大。 |

| Nicotine is oxidized by p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid to produce arylamines in the presence of organic carboxylic acid, it will combine with cyanogen-chloride complex (actually Cyanogen chloride, which produced by on-line reaction of potassium cyanide and chloramine-T; CNC1 can reaction with pyridine to produce glutaconaldehyde), to porduce a yellowish mixture. This mixture has a maximum absorption peak at the wavelength of 460nm. It is similar with other pyridine alkaloids, but the effect is not significant due to their low content. |
