[交流] 投稿模板的一句话不解，请教一下

投稿的word模板里面，在word结尾的地方有这么一句话：

The table of contents entry should be fifty to sixty words long, written in the present tense, and refer to the chosen figure.

请问红色的是什么意思呢？不解。关键词在前面就有，为什么这里有要提供呢？
