摘要: This paper analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by China Mobile, a telecom giant in the world. Because of the recent rapid technological innovation and the its convergence of mobile network and internet, China Mobile is facing greatest challenges from competitors than ever before By considering present and future scenario, this paper suggests future course of action and strategies for China Mobile, not only deal with competition but also take initiatives to reach milestone of 100 billion revenue.
