怎么今年大家都没有收到拒信了，已经好几个哥们问我了。看来大家都有希望啊。 我是8号晚上9点收到的，当时看到标题Humboldt Research Fellowship，我还以为中了，高兴的不行了，打开一看， Your application for a Humboldt Research Fellowship for Postdoctoral Researchers has been thoroughly evaluated by the Selection Committee. We deeply regret to inform you that the committee could not award you a research fellowship. Unfortunately, the evaluation of your application by independent peer reviewers which is the basis for the committee's decision has not resulted in an approval. The competition for Humboldt Research Fellowships is very strong. Altogether, only about one third of all applications can be approved.
