1. All bank draft should be made payable to Worldwide People Connection Pte Ltd.

2. Kindly write IEEE ICIEA 2010 - ****at the back of the bank draft. Only bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.

3. For payment by Telegraphic Transfer, it should be transferred to our account as follows:

4. Kindly write ICIEA 2009 ?****in the Payment Remarks/Instruction of the telegraphic transfer form. Please be reminded that you have to pay for the Bank Charges payable to your Paying Bank and add another SGD30 to the Total Fee Payable to cover for the Bank Charges payable to our Receiving Bank. Any shortage will be recovered from you on-site in Taichung, Taiwan..

5. Please mail either your bank draft or telegraphic transfer form together with this duly completed Registration Form to:

6. You can fax your telegraphic transfer form and/or student identification card to +65 6881 2302 or email the scanned copy to iciea@wpc-sg.com.

7. We will send you a Confirmation of Registration via email upon clearance of your registration fees.

8. Refund of Conference Registration fees on or before 15 April 2010 will be subjected to a 25% cancellation charge. No refund will be made after 15 April 2010. However, registrations are transferable.

不明白的地方是,我去中行,建议我电汇,手续费要200元,可上面第四条说,电汇要另外再加30新加坡元是怎么回事?!!!中行的说,这边手续费收完了,对方账户是可以收到600新加坡元,那到底还要不要再加那30新加坡元呢?有没有同样遭遇的虫友和热心的朋友,你们是怎么办的?要还是不要呢?
