Thanks for submiting a much improved version of your interesting MS. I would be pleased if you could use ChemDraw ACS style for the formula, using zig-zag lines rather than "CH2" to represents the lipophilic tails of the compound. Please, refer to the compound with the number 1 throught the text, and replace the caption to the figure with the number. In this way there will be no need for an extra caption.
