Thanks for submiting a much improved version of your interesting MS. I would be pleased if you could use ChemDraw ACS style for the formula, using zig-zag lines rather than "CH2" to represents the lipophilic tails of the compound. Please, refer to the compound with the number 1 throught the text, and replace the caption to the figure with the number. In this way there will be no need for an extra caption. Please, also change the abstract as follows:

这是建议你用chemdraw ACS，把你画的长脂链中CH2全部省去，而用曲折线表示就可以。用数字1代表你的化合物，另外用数字替代图的说明文字，省去多余的文字。结合下你的文章，你就应该明白了。。。
