We regret to inform you that your manuscript does not meet the journal's required standard. Please make changes/corrections as detailed in the comments below.

When you resubmit your manuscript, please also provide a separate sheet listing your responses to the problems that were raised and upload it under the submission item 'Responses to Technical Check Results'. A sample of the "Responses" sheet can be found at:

We regret that without a completed "Responses" sheet, your manuscript will not be further processed.

Before resubmitting your manuscript, please make sure that every aspect of the manuscript is in accordance with the Guide for Authors which is available at http://ees.elsevier.com/power/ top of screen.

PLEASE NOTE: Resubmission is not a guarantee that your submission will subsequently proceed to the peer review process, which is a decision to be made at the sole discretion of the journal editor.  

Comments:

Technical Screener Elsevier Editorial Services has DECLINED to take on this assignment.

The Editor has provided the following reason for this decision:

1) Avoid chemical formula in keywords if possible.

这种的一般怎么处理，只按照1）改一下就好吗？还是还要修改别的？还有什么样的算chemical formula ，比如Pt electrocatalyst算吗？

可能是楼主在改完稿件后，上传文件的时候忘了response文件，这个文件是对审稿专家的回复，建议楼主再次上传的时候把response文件也传上去。

再次见到Elsevier技术审核啊, 米关系的按上面亲的意见改, 这一关好过, 表要紧张, 如果你语言没有native speaker润色过, 只怕接下来要你改English, 之后才能给主编,主编也许再给你提点意见修改之后再派编辑. 到能送审估计至少一个月, 近来Elsevier旗下的杂志大都酱紫.
表慌, 一关关折腾下来, 楼主也不会再着急了.

这不是审稿的意见，技术检查没有通过。不过问题简单，按照1）改一下就好了。而且，能改多少就改多少，不愿改就说这样可以，专业人士看的懂（if possible，是如果可以的意思）。

不过通过了后，还有送交编辑处理（没有太大问题，然后送审）。
