实验中，结果显示在20000U/ml和10000U/ml浓度下的重组干扰素均能有效抑制病毒的增殖。10000U/ml浓度效果与20000U/ml效果差别不是很大，考虑成本的原因，10000U/ml是最佳的抗病毒使用剂量。从各组剂量的干扰素抑制病毒效果来看，20000U/ml和10000U/ml最高，其他的剂量越低，抗病毒作用效果越弱。干扰素浓度在10000U/ml以下的，其抗病毒效果有明显下降。另外，我们还是使用过50000U/ml浓度的干扰素作用于CEFs，结果发现这个浓度太高而引起细胞的状态不佳甚至死亡。 从干扰素作用后接种病毒的不同时间点来看，各个浓度的干扰素在8h内对病毒均有较明显的抑制作用。但是，8h之后低浓度的干扰素作用效果就没有优势了。而高浓度的两个干扰素仍然可以很好的抑制病毒的增殖。作用效果持续48h以上。这说明了干扰素在合适的浓度下能够有效的持续作用于细胞，并产生抗病毒效应。 |
