急问：申请减免出版费用好么？

Authors, for whom the payment of reprint charges poses significant difficulty, should contact the Editorial Office. This payment may be waived upon a request from the principal author. 这周会有结果，看到《作者须知》里面写着大概费用2-3k人民币，该文挂了两个基金，同时《作者须知》有上面这样一句话，说可以申请减免费用——但是这样对论文出版会不会有影响啊？谢谢指教 ps 哪位有减免费用，说经费有限云云的模板啊？多谢多谢 |
