2010 the 18th International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems Host: 中国，成都 Conference webpage：http://ispacs2010.uestc.edu.cn The 2010 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS2010), presenting every possibility on new Information Technology, will be held in Chengdu, China.
