投修改稿时能调整作者顺序吗？

| 论文提交修改稿时，想调整一下第2、3位作者顺序，可不可以调整，如果调整，用不用给编辑发邮件说明一下，请有经验的虫友指点，谢谢！！关于作者调整问题，该期刊是这样规定的：The Corresponding Author of a manuscript is required to advise the Editor when a revision of the manuscript carries a change in authorship (addition or deletion, but not just a change in order), and to explicitly cite the changes. |
