请教title page

Journal of Hazardous Materials改了两稿了，以前一直没注意到要什么title page 今天投修改稿， 上传文件时忽然发现页面上需要上传的文件列表说明： Files should be placed in the following order: Covering Letter Detailed Responses to Reviewers Revised Manuscript Tables (if any) Figures (if any) 而同一页面下端的注解中却又这么说 Files should be placed in the following order: Covering Letter Detailed Responses to Reviewers Title Page Manuscript Tables (if any) Figures (if any) 纠结啊 要不要写title page |
