修改稿递交了，不知道会怎样

审稿意见如下，请大家帮忙分析分析，看编辑是不是要送外审处理。 Dear Dr.xxx, The peer review process for your manuscript has been completed. Based on the referee comments, and upon my review of the manuscript, I feel that your paper presents information of interest to the readers of Waste Management but that significant revisions are needed prior to publication.
