不需要太专业，只要大概意思对即可，不懂的词汇可以用星号表示！谢谢能帮助的能人异士！ 从棉花中克隆得到一个全新的蔗糖合酶基因，该基因包含15个外显子24个内含子，公共编码806个氨基酸。陆地棉基因组中存在两个拷贝，在纤维发育不同时期该基因表达量有显著差异，25d表达量最高。转基因研究表明该基因的抑制能显著影响棉纤维长度和强度，同时影响种子中的物质积累。该基因的发现为棉花蔗糖合酶基因家族增添了一个全新的成员。 |

Cloned from cotton in a new sucrose synthase gene, the gene contains 15 exons 24 introns, encoding 806 amino acids. Upland cotton genome has two copies, the gene expression levels were significantly different in the fiber development in different periods ,and 25d highest expression. Transgenic studies have shown that inhibition of the gene can significantly affect the cotton fiber length and strength and the seed of the material accumulation. The discovery of the gene for the sucrose synthase gene family in the cotton adds a new member. 不知道翻译的怎么样 |

| A new sucrose synthase gene was cloned from the cotton. 15 exons and 24 introns are contained in this gene. This gene can encode a protein of 806 amino acids. There are 2 copies of this gene in the genome of upload cottons. This gene expressed differently at different time of the generation of the fiber. It can be highest expreesed at the 25th day. Its function have been confirmed through the transgenetic experiment. It can inhibit the length and strength of the cotton fiber. The accumulated nutrients of the feed can also be affected by this gene. This gene is a new member of the sucrose sythase gene family. |
