According to high-performance liquid chromatography (2005 edition pharmacopoeia an appendix VID), about 30μg/ml of Farrerol as the comparing substance solution, theoretical plate number calculated by the Rhododendron peak, not less than 5000, and measured Rhododendron peak area, its content was calculated . At the same time the experiment of choice of wavelength , solvents and ultrasonic time ,precision, reproducibility, stability and sample collection were carried. 2.3 The heavy metals and arsenic salts inspection to this sample was carried out , and their contents were less than 10 millionths and less than one in a million, respectively.Thus,it has not been included in the standard. |
