各位虫虫： 我投了一篇文章到The Journal of Physical Chemistry ，经评审后主编说需要修改，当 resubmit the revised paper as a resubmission时，评审者可以不换，还是原来推荐的那几个吗？ 主编发来邮件： It is our policy when changing a letter into an article, a rejected article into an active file or finally an accepted article; we require a new manuscript number and a different date of submission. However, the file is a continuation of the old file. This is an accounting procedure for following the flow of letters and that of articles. The editor indicated below will write you of our decision regarding the manuscript as soon as possible.
