求助审稿中的一个状态问题

各位虫前辈好啊，我在2月1号投了一篇论文到 journal of materials science上。现在在状态查看页面显示了一下的信息，请教各位是什么意思啊：Reference checking is done for journal citations. If the journal citation has a PubMed or CrossRef link, it has been validated. If 'Not Checked' is displayed, either the citation could not be identified as a journal citation, or the linking service did not return results. If 'Not Validated' is displayed, the journal citation could not be validated on the linking service.
