The three previous ICMeCG conferences were held in 2003, 2008 and 2009 on Nanchang of China successfully. This year, the accepted papers are peer-reviewed and will also be published in the regular conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press indexed through ISTP, EI and automatically included in the IEEE Digital Library. High-quality papers will be recommended to the special issues of Journals including Decision Support Systems, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, Journal of E-Healthcare. Paper submission Submissions must not be published or submitted to another conference or journals. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant of the conference for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Each accepted paper must be presented in person by (one of) the author(s). Full papers must not exceed 6 pages (with size 8.5" x 11"  , using the IEEE two-column template Authors should submit their paper via the electronic submission system of ICMeCG2010.
