REMINDER!! CALL FOR PAPERS Petrophase 2010 and Energy and Fuels The organizing committee of the 11th International Conference on Petroleum Phase Behavior and Fouling (Petrophase 2010) is requesting papers in the following areas: Characterization of Petroleum Macromolecules Asphaltenes Maltenes Physical Properties of Heavy Oils, Asphaltenes and Waxes Asphaltene phase behavior/Compatibility Viscosity Chemistry and Physics of Petroleum-Water Emulsions/Interfaces Advances in Desalting Production Facilities Upgrading and Fouling Fouling on heat transfer surfaces and distillation towers Heavy Oil Conversion Flow Assurance Asphaltenes Waxes The committee will consider submissions ranging from fundamental science to operational experience. The deadline for submission of an abstract is March 1, 2010. We expect to have both podium presentations as well as poster sessions. Acceptance will be determined by the technical committee and relayed to authors around April 1, 2010. You can submit abstracts at our website www.petrophase2010.com. Authors will be invited to submit their manuscripts for publication in a Petrophase 2010 special section of Energy and Fuels. Details on this to follow.
